The 17^th Geant4 Collaboration Meeting will take place in Chartres, France, from Monday 10^th to Friday 14^th of September 2012. It will be hosted in the Maison Saint-Yves, 1 rue Saint Eman, 28000 Chartres, which will provide both meeting rooms and lodging.

This is a Geant4 Collaborators only meeting.

• 25^thMay 2012: Web page creation.

• 11^thJuly 2012: Registration is open.

• 9^thAugust 2012: Program is available.

• 21^stAugust 2012: All rooms are booked, including these in two spare places ! We can not propose other rooms ! Participants are kindly invited to accomodate by themselves.

• 27^thAugust 2012: Instructions to come to Chartres are posted.
