Meeting Program

17^th Collaboration Meeting,
10^th - 14^th September 2012, Chartres, France

The Collaboration meeting will start on Monday 10^th of September, 9:00. It will adjourn on Friday 14^th at 12:30. A Steering Board meeting is expected to take place in the afternoon of Friday.

The meeting will be organized as follows:

• the morning sessions will be plenary, they will take place in the Saint Charles amphitheater,
• the afternoon sessions will be parrallel, with two sessions, in the Saint Charles amphitheater and Sainte Therese meeting room.

There will not be parallel session on Friday afternoon, as mentionned above.

• 25^thMay 2012: Web page creation.

• 11^thJuly 2012: Registration is open.

• 9^thAugust 2012: Program is available.

• 21^stAugust 2012: All rooms are booked, including these in two spare places ! We can not propose other rooms ! Participants are kindly invited to accomodate by themselves.

• 27^thAugust 2012: Instructions to come to Chartres are posted.
