LAT GRB Analysis Tutorial - Setup: SLAC Public

1. Refer to SLAC's Public Installation, and perform all steps related to using the Science Tools on SLAC Public.

2. Log in to your directory on SLAC Public.

3. Create a work directory (e.g.,>mypyLike): mkdir myGRB_analysis.

4. Move to your work directory (e.g., cd myGRB_analysis).

Create setup scripts

5. Make a copy of the script: setup_SCons_ST-09-15-04.sh and save this file to your directory on SLAC Public as: setup_SCons_ST-09-15-04.sh.

Setup your environment

6. To change to a bash shell and source your setup scripts, issue the following commands:

   bash
   source setup_SCons_ST-09-15-04.sh
