FRED: a Fox and Ruby Event Display

FRED is an experimental event display based on the HepRep protocol and mainly inspired by WIRED; it is programmed in the Ruby language ad it uses a Ruby port, called FXRuby of the fantastic FOX Toolkit library for GUI.

Althought quite general in its design, FRED has been developed for the GLAST experiment and most of its features and development are targeted for such an experiment.

In these pages you can find information on FRED and its last distribution.
