PagingPagemaster. One ISOC machine runs Pagemaster, which periodically examines the ISOC central log database in Oracle for log entries that require pages to be sent. For each such page the daemon sends e-mail and/or Telalert messages and pSlaces entries in other database tables to record when and to whom the page was sent.
