1. Networking
For attendees bringing their laptops, Ethernet and wireless DHCP connections will be made available on the Conference site. For other people, a few X-terminals will be provided.


2. Recommendations for Speaker's Presentations
We will support electronic presentations and transparencies.
There will be 3 projectors available to the speakers: We ask all speakers to inform Lydia Roos (lroos@in2p3.fr) and Marc Verderi (verderi@in2p3.fr) of the format used for their talk as soon as possible.

2.1. Electronic presentations:
For electronic presentations a Windows-XP laptop will centralize the presentations and will be used for the projection.
The formats supported are: We require all speakers to provide their presentations at least 24h before their talks (required to check for and to fix possible problems).
The files can be either: For postscript and pdf files, please remember that the landscape mode is better suited for a video-projection.

2.2. Transparency presentations:
For transparency presentations, the slides will be scanned during the days following the speaker's talk. We inform the speakers that we foresee a one-week period, after the conference closing, to make this scanning and send back by mail the transparencies to their owners.

3. Posters
Two poster sessions are foreseen, on Wednesday 4th and Friday 6th. All contributions from registered participants, related to the conference topics, are welcome. The posters, in A0 format, will remain on display during the whole time of the Conference if we have enough space and the authors are encouraged to install them on the arrival day. If we do not have enough space for poster exhibition to leave all of them from Tuesday till Friday, each poster will stay during a two-day period (either Tuesday - Wednesday or Thursday -Friday). The authors are required to be present next to their poster during the corresponding poster session.
If you want to present a poster, please send an abstract to the Conference Secretariat (fpcp2003@in2p3.fr) as soon as possible.


4. Contributed Papers
We strongly encourage participants to send ASAP contributed papers to The Conference to Kim Nguyen (nguyen@admin.in2p3.fr). They will be linked to the web site of FPCP2003 and available to all attendees before the start of the Conference. Only electronic forms (PDF, PostScript) are accepted. You can either send them as an e-mail attachment or send an URL for the file of the contributed paper.


5. Proceedings
These are preliminary recommendations for the proceedings. Further practical informations and recommendations will be given to the authors by the time of the Conference on the FPCP web pages, under the "recommendations" link.

All speakers will be invited to send a written version of their presentation given during the FPCP2003 conference. The target date is the 18th of July.

Allowed number of pages depends on the talk duration:

For technical reasons coming from the printing works, the following constraints should be observed:
