Please, find below the instructions for the proceedings.

All speakers are invited to send a written electronic (latex) and printable version (ps or pdf) of the proceedings of their presentation given during the Cherenkov 2005 conference.

The target date is the 3rd of October 2005.

The allowed number of pages depends on the talk duration according to the following rules:

Talk duration	Number of pages
30 min.	12
20 min.	8
Posters	4

The following constraints should be observed:

• Text width: 119 mm - 4.6 in
• Text height: 170 mm - 6.6 in
• Font size: 10pt
• Font style: Times

Only latex file are accepted. A template is available. You should use 3 files:

1. ch2005.sty: the style file provides the higher level latex commands for the proceedings. Please, do not change these parameters.
2. ch2005-macros.tex: this file provides you with macros and often used abbreviations. Please, do not change these parameters and check that there is no conflict with other definitions in your text. If you have to define other abbreviations, you should do it at the beginning of the LaTex file.
3. ch2005.tex: the main text. You have to delete the original text and replace it with your own contribution. However, keeping a copy of the initial version as a reference is recommended.the style file provides the higher level latex commands for the proceedings. Please, do not change these parameters.

Figures have to be sent in eps format and labelled as:

• "authorsname"-fig.eps

To download your proceedings file, you have to browse your local computer to find your LaTex file. And, after, just click on "Upload" button to upload your proceedings to the Web server. Feel free to contact if you have some problem with this functionnality.
